About Frederick Parse

Frederick Parse is a 2026 graduate of the College of William & Mary whose passion for real estate began long before graduation. Inspired as an undergraduate to pursue a career in the industry, Frederick achieved his first real estate closing in 2024, confirming his commitment to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. His journey into real estate was shaped by working alongside his stepfather, a former United States Marine Corps veteran and Team Lead of the family business.

Through firsthand experience assisting clients and learning the intricacies of the industry, Frederick developed a deep appreciation for service, integrity, and relationship-building. Those values continue to guide his approach today, particularly in serving military service members, veterans, and their families. As part of a growing family-owned real estate business, Frederick is focused on expanding the brand while building lasting relationships throughout the communities he serves. He has a particular passion for working with first-time homebuyers and educating students and young professionals on financial literacy, wealth building, and real estate investing.

Raised in Washington, D.C., Frederick possesses extensive knowledge of the DMV region, providing clients with valuable local insight and market expertise across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. His familiarity with the area's neighborhoods, schools, transportation networks, and community resources allows him to help clients make informed real estate decisions. Outside of real estate, Frederick enjoys playing sports like soccer and basketball, while staying engaged with his local community.

He believes that real estate is more than a transaction—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and create a lasting impact in the lives of others.
